Brighton to Chessington

Walk for Funds Club and Charity

Laurence Head, Andy Ellis, Darren Woods, Martin Wollett, Nataile Wright, Tara Slater, Richard Lonsdale will be the determind volunters. 19th June 8pm start.

My name is Laurence and I am one of the managers at Chessington and Hook Youth FC. I was a player many years ago and since having children I have got involved with helping them enjoy their football. I have been on a fundraising team of about 10 people trying to come up with ideas to keep us ticking over. Half of all monies raised will be donated to Clic Sargent Charity.

As with many clubs our size we are constantly looking for ways to raise funds. Most just go on the day to day running of the place but we do have other events to help build and improve the facilites for all who come and enjoy being part of the Club. We want it to be safe and clean for all the children aged 5 years all the way to seniors.

The money raised will go towards finishing off fencing and other ground improvements. To be put to other monies rasied for astroturf and to install WIFI.
