Jill Madura hasn't added a story.
On April 30th my sisters life was turned upside down. Child protective services stepped into her life, made her leave the home she saved so long for, and split her children up, the two little ones live with her, one is living with a friend in Blue Hill and the other is all the way in Connecticut. The people who own the land her trailer was on reported her with false allegations.
After months of fighting it was agreed upon during a meeting on friday September 12th that they would be allowed to move back into their home.
When we reached the house the locks had been changed, all of her possessions were gone and repairs were being made on the house. We contacted police who said the property owners went through legal channels to obtain ownership of the house and the only recourse is to file a civil suit.
In the mean time, these children need winter clothing, they are going to need EVERYTHING it takes to run a household. She has been placed on the lists for emergency housing so now it is just a waiting game!
My sister was 12 years old when she had back surgery for severe scoliosis, in which they fused her entire spine. She has been disabled her whole life. She never intended to be a single mother of four but when their father just up and left them they were left to their own defenses!
If you would like to donate something other than cash we are accepting that too! We understand more than any one the need to help without the ability! Something as small as a pillowcase or silverware means the world to these five! You may contact either myself or my sister directly on facebook or through here to get an address to send tangible donations!!
Thank you so much for your help of any kind! I will now be starting the long process of filing a civil suit against these monsters! I will post updates as I have them!!!
