We would like for you to meet Sir Lancelot. He is about 4-5 months
old. We are not sure about his breed but that is not important right
now. This sweetheart boy sure stands up to him name. Even after all he
has been through his is just full of love. He wants nothing more than
to be with people. He is a complete lover and loves to snuggle. He has
a long road ahead of him but he will not be taking that road alone. We
have a great team who is whiling to give this guy the chance and time
he is going to need to make a full recovery.
He was found next to the trash in a crate. The poor sweet guy is
is not only 30lbs under weight, he also has mange plus full of worms
but then to make matters even worse his body is riddled with
infection. Then to top everything else off as you can see he is having
trouble with his "woohoo". He had to have a pull string put
in, it is as bad as it sounds, to have his "woohoo" pulled
back in. We are having to wait to do anything else with him until his
infections are gone and he puts more weight on. We are hoping that
with time and muscle added that his "woohoo" will be able to
be just fine.l
He was rushed to the vet to be checked out. That ran us $200. We
are looking at raising at least $500 to cover everything that he is
going to need to have done. We are hoping that will cover all of his
medical bills. What ever money is left, if any, will be donated to
Angelina Foundation. This is a foundation that was started to help get
stray animals in Southern IL vetted.
