hi everyone,

This is Kyrstin and I'm a fourth grader.
At my school we are having a walk-a-thon called "Legs for Luke". Luke Cifka is a former student at my elementary school and High School Graduate in my home town who lost his legs after stepping on an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) while serving in Afghanistan. Luke also suffered broken hands, and a head injury. He just celebrated his 2nd year wedding anniversary and he and his wife have a five month old baby.

I am going to walk at the walk-a-thon to try and raise money for Luke. Any amount will help. All proceeds from the walk-a-thon will go to the Legs for Luke Organiziation. Although the Military will be covering all of Luke's medical costs, there are and will continue to be many unexpected expenses associated with his injuries as they begin their long journey to rebuilding their lives.

Please help me to support Luke by donating a flat pledge. Our walk-a-thon is on Friday. Please send my Mom a message if you want to donate!

Thank you!

love Kyrstin
