Mia was rescued from Mississippi as a 10 week old baby Chi. As she began to grow her foster mom noticed a limp in her back leg. She would cry in pain if she stood on it. She was diagnosed with a stage 4 Luxating Patella. We have to have a special surgeon able to operate on a 3 lb baby to correct this genetic defect. It is costly and we need the public's help to afford the surgery. She is going to have it done February 26th in Buffalo Grove Veterinary Specialty Clinic, Buffalo Grove IL. As we frequently help the un- adoptables who have health concerns, we truly need some help right now. Please find it in your heart to give even $5.00? Every little bit adds up. We Thank You. And so does Mia.
