Last December with the help of our indiegogo donors friends and fans we raised $33k towards making the Monthlies documentary film. 

It was a year of triumphs and falls, trials and errors. We made some amazing decision and some huge mistakes. Many times we felt like jumping ship but we perceived. Even though independent filmmaking is no joke, it's still something we love to do. 

Here we are almost a year later with the film almost at the finish line. And we turn to you, our fans, again. 

Please help us with our distribution costs. Distribution costs are the money we need to make screening DVDs, BlueRays and DCPs so that the film can travel the world's festivals, screenings and generally be able to reach our audience. Traveling to festivals also includes paying the fees and sometimes travel expenses. It also requires us to put some money towards marketing.

This will take about a year before the film will be available for TV channels and later for general sales on DVDs and as a VOD.

El pasado diciembre con la ayuda de nuestras amigas, amigos y fans donantes en indiegogo recaudamos $33k para hacer la película documental Monthlies.

Fue un año de triunfos y caídas, ensayos y errores. Tomamos decisiones sorprendentes y cometimos grandes errores. Muchas veces nos sentíamos como para abandonar el barco pero recibimos. Aunque independiente la realización de una película no es ninguna broma, es algo que todavía nos encanta hacer.

Aquí estamos casi un año más tarde y con la película casi acabada. Y nos apoyamos en vosotras y vosotros, nuestras/os fans, otra vez.

Por favor ayúdanos con nuestros gastos de distribución. Los gastos de distribución son el dinero que necesitamos para hacer cine DVD, BlueRays y DCPs para que la película pueda viajar por los festivales del mundo, proyecciones y generalmente sea capaz de llegar a nuestra audiencia. Viajar a festivales también incluye pagar los honorarios y a veces los gastos de viaje. También requiere que asignemos dinero para la comercialización.

Esto llevará aproximadamente un año antes de que la película pueda estar disponible para los canales de TV y más tarde para la venta general en DVD y como VOD.
