We're a team of international volunteers in Ukraine. Most of us have been in Ukraine for around a year, some have even been serving in the Ukrainian military since 2018!
These are difficult and dangerous times. This week marks the one year anniversary of the beginning of this brutal conflict. We have chosen this week to rename our unit, to introduce a new unit patch and announce that our unit is growing. We have also chosen this week to announce our new fundraiser!
The team has come together and drawn up a kit list of gear that we'll need over the next few weeks and months.
As you can imagine, the expense of maintaining and growing a combat unit can be vast. In an instant, expensive gear can be lost to shell fire or damaged by heavy use. Not only are we acquiring new kit for ourselves but over the last few months we have donated thousands of dollars to other trusted partners. Vehicles in particular are a high expense, fueling them and having them maintained is ongoing challenge.
We take great pride in being a huge asset to the Ukrainian military. I can proudly say, there has been no order or task given to us that we have failed to fulfil.
