This summer, I'll be biking across New England for 2 months to inform communities about the urgency of climate change and inspire them to take on the fossil fuel industry, whose leaders are paying lawmakers to act like we're not in the midst of the biggest crisis that humanity has ever faced. This experience is being organized by Better Future Project, a Boston-based nonprofit working to create a future free from the fossil fuel industry and its influence on our government.

As you can imagine, my purpose here is not to make money, but to do whatever I can to help citizens wake up and demand change while there's still time. I'm concerned for my future and the future of those around me, and I've decided to take a stand against the companies that prioritize their profits over human life and knowingly forestall a fundamental transition to clean energy sources in the face of climate disaster.

If the idea of climate change as a major crisis seems odd (it did to me a few months ago), I have a few links for you to check out:

I wouldn't be able to take this opportunity to create major change if it wasn't subsidized by Better Future Project, so I'm looking to raise $500 for the organization.

If you believe that serious political action on the climate crisis must be demanded by the people, if you're concerned about your future like me, or if you want to take a meaningful step into climate activism, please consider making a donation. This movement is made at the grassroots and our funds will never come close to those of the fossil fuel industry, but a little goes a long way to support the ones who are fighting for our collective future.

Regardless of your ability to donate, please check out the links to learn more about why the climate crisis is the most pressing issue in the history of mankind and why we must work together--immediately--to preserve civilization as we know it.
