I am currently in the middle of training a PTSD service dog to assist me in my day to day life of being able to function in crowds and as I conduct the daily business of living life.  Due to the US Government furloughs and the Department of Veterans Affairs refusal to acknowledge the use of dogs as an important part of helping veterans cope and survive in the day to day world, I find myself in a tough position.  I have paid for my service dog's first two classes, but cash is running short, and Ash's training is in jeopardy of being delayed.  After just his fisrt two classes, he has already shown amazing intution about my PTSD issues.  It is critical to continue his training uninterupted.  Please help! This is very much a matter of helping a veteran return to the daily function of life.
