Scope need money to improve the lives of people with disabilities.
The Junior section of Ju-Jitsu Rugby are expanding and need more equipment. Will you help us raise money? On Sun 10th August 2014, I will ride the London100. Will you sponsor me?

If you were to choose two good causes to raise money for, who would you pick?

My two choices are based on helping people help themselves to overcome their disadvantages in life, and supporting the people of tomorrow learning good core life skills.

The national charity ‘Scope’ exists to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. Until then, they’ll be here. They provide support, information and advice to more than a quarter of a million disabled people and their families every year. They raise awareness of the issues that matter. And with our support, they'll keep driving change across society until this country is great for everyone. SEE:

Ju-Jitsu Rugby are a community based self defense club who promote good values, good health, and respect. These skills enable the adults to set a good example to the children, and the children to set a good example for the future. The junior section is expanding and needs more equipment. SEE:

I have entered the Ride London 100 event on the 10th August, which is organised by the same people who do the London Marathon, but this is a 100 mile cycle ride based on the London Olympic cycle race route from 2012.

My aim is to complete the route and raise £1000, which will be £500 for each of the recipients. I have to raise for Scope £500 to enter the event so all money raised after this will go to Ju-JItsu Rugby.

Thank you for your time and support.
