On the 21st June 2014 Emily is going on a charity trip to the Amazon in Equador in conjunction with VESA, WWF and World Vision. She will help to provide remote villages with fresh water, help repair the local primary schools, teach English to primary school children and help the charity to build bathrooms etc for those without access to such basic necessities.

She will be staying in a jungle town set at the junction of two rivers and will commute each morning via canoe to an inaccessible indigenous community and will be working with these villagers in providing invaluable infrastructure and help to teach English to the village children.

The Volunteer Eco Students Abroad program allows her the opportunity to make real a difference to the local population and enjoy incredible moments in some of the most beautiful and remote parts of the world.

She has already paid the deposit but still requires sponsorship totalling £2000.00 including flights to fund her trip. She says that any donations will be very gratefully received.

Emily will be delighted with any donation no matter how small.

If you do sponsor please forward a picture of yourself that she can take with her to show the local children.
