We have been assisting animals professionally since 2011. We are all volunteers who freely give of our time and skills to make life kinder for our animal friends. Right now we are at a point we must beg for assistance. We have been assisting with a group of horses for 4 months with out being able to ask for donations. They have eaten through two barns of hay and winter is right around the corner. We need help restocking hay , senior grain, and we need dry den bedding as we get close to rain season. This fund raiser is super important. - Each dog costs 1.92 a day to care for, vet ect (if you take yearly costs like vet and break it down for a daily cost) a Healthy horse costs $10.86 - $15.90 for a horse in the weight gain process, and a high needs senior horse $29.84 (wonder why rescues can not take them in?) - We have two seniors right now and several that are on alfalfa to gain weight or keep weight on. Goats, llamas , roosters ect cost $5 or less a day to care for Each donation goes to the care of the animals. This week we have a big vet visit with costs projected over $1000 and next week is the farrier for all the horses in the rescue this will be about $465.00 - Your donation is a gift to the animals!
