Hello All!

I created this page for my dear friends, Ian and Ashley Cameron.

Ian – at 34 years old – was diagnosed in late April with Stage 4 colon cancer and while his regimen of chemotherapy had been very effective and everyone – from doctors to friends and family – were amazed at his vitality and progress, an MRI and spinal tap gave him a new diagnosis of Carcinomatous Meningitis. Cancer cells found their way into Ian’s spinal fluid and it is with unspeakable sorrow that I report the loss of our precious Ian. He fought valiantly against an impossible situation and left us at 4:10am on September 17, 2014.

So I write you all today with a challenge. On August 17th, I began cycling the coasts of India and today, I continue to peddle in honor of this brave man and fellow cyclist. I challenge you all to join me in efforts to support Ian's loving wife, Ashley Cameron, in alleviating some of the great financial burden that has accumulated as a result of his battle.

I ask that you join me in my ride by donating today and in exchange, I will bike 1000 more Kilometers in India, beggining on September 23, 2014.

***No donation amount is too small or great and Ian's family appreicates any and all support!

Ian had to retire his beloved cycle but this does not mean the wheels must stop turning!

I will post updates, photos and videos on this page to keep you all with me as I ride.

Thank you, friends – Your help is appreciated beyond words. Anyone who would like more details on Ian’s story can find them at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/ianmcameron
