My name is Jose Castillo and 5 years ago I was playing racquetball, and I wanted to use both of my arms, not just one. I wanted to punch the ball. Then it hit me: why not a racquet with the net in front of your knuckles. So I went home, got to work, and created the Knuckle Racket. This was really for my own use, but people started asking me, “Where did you buy this?” So, I decided to create Knuckle Rackets for the public. I have hand-crafted 24 functioning Knuckle Rackets, most of which I’ve given to friends to try out.

I have big plans for this product. I want to invent a new sport that allows you to punch the ball. It's both fun enough for kids to play, and challenging enough to serve as a training tool for boxing or MMA athletes. It’s good for any type of athlete that wants to try something challenging. I want this to become a new sport for everyone. In order to make this happen, I still need to get this product completely patented (I have a provisional patent) and get a facility to start building them in bulk. I need your help to raise these funds so that I can take the next step.
