One person fighting a major bank against injustices.
Exhausted my financial resources fighting a multinational bank. I am a former employee of a major multi-national bank who was working in the FX department.
As a member of the back office team my role involve processing worldwide trades transacted by the FX dealers. I became concerned about certain transactions taking place on behalf of a particular foreign government and when I voiced these concerns to senior management I was subsequently made redundant.

Exercising my right to contest this unfair decision at an Employment Tribunal I was taken aback when my former employer tried to blame these irregular FX transactions on me, effectively scape goating me for their wrong doings.

What started out as a relatively straight forward case of unfair dismissal has escalated into a case, whereby, I have to clear my good name by exposing these wrong doings.

This case has been going on for over five years and the bank, with their seemingly endless resources, are hoping I run out of funds effectively giving up my pursuit for justice.

A critical hearing has been scheduled to take place later this month and I need to raise 5000 GBP for barristers fees within 7 days to pay for legal representation at a retrial at the employment tribunal, having won an appeal at the EAT in 2011.

Any help you can give will be most appreciated and please forward to as many people as possible to highlight my plight.
Together we can show these Institutional Goliaths that they simply cannot use their financial might to deny justice for the average individual.
Thank you.
