Six-year-old Kyler Ingram was in a motorcycle race Sunday October 20, 2012. He was injured during the race and is recovering from a brain bruise and bleeding. Immediately after Kyler was hit from behind by another little racer, he was knocked out. He was lifewatched to Wichita Kansas. Before the flight they put Kyler in a medically induced coma. They started to allow Kyler to wake up the day following the crash, but he remainde in his "sleep" for 4 days. He finally showed us his beautiful blue eyes today, 10/25/2012. He is making great progress and was moved from PICU to a private room today. The rehab specialists came and examined him and he will need to be taken to a rehab hospital in Lincoln Nebraska for longterm therapy. He is a courageous little 6-year-old. His progress is encouraging and we are hopeful for a full recover, but he still has a long ways to go. The cost of medical expenses and daily living costs required to allow his family to stay with him during his journey through this will quickly add up on this young family. Please give anything you can. If you can't give a lot, any little thing helps.
