My name is Corey Wilson. I am the Vice President of the Baseball Club at Kansas State. We are a proud member of the National Club Baseball Association. Traditionally, we have fielded a rather poor team.

However, a few of us have had a vision to push club baseball at our university into prominence. We are rebuilding our team into a championship contender. Our last President, Justin, and our current President, Cole, have set the stage for an incredible turnaround.

Until 2018, we had never won more than three games in a season, and we had never finished higher than last in our conference. That season, we finished the season 10-10, a dramatic improvement from our previous seasons. We notched a large list of firsts for our club, including our first shutouts and our first series sweep, and shattered previous club records. In 2019, we finished 7-7, which was good enough for 2nd in our conference. Obviously, our 2020 season was cut short due to coronavirus.

Due to the pandemic, the money that was earmarked for us by the school is no longer available, and our funding has been totally cut. We are 100% financially self-reliable.

We have not received any funding from the school in years now. This is my fifth year with the program, and not once have we received a penny from the school. That leaves us paying for travel, hotels, uniforms, hats, uniforms, umpires, league dues, and various other miscellaneous expenses all on our own. We are desperate for any help we can get.

We are a bunch of guys who simply want to continue our dream of playing collegiate baseball and bring glory to our school.
