The Northern Summit was the Pacific Great Eastern's premier Business Car that W.A.C. Bennett used when opening the PGE mainline from North Vancouver to Squamish in 1956 and 15 years later on the opening of the Northern Extension through to Fort Nelson in 1971.  This car was also used by Princess Margaret when she toured the province in 1958 to celebrate the founding of the Colony of BC.

The coach was acquired by the West Coast Railway Association and is our next major fund raising project.  The exterior is in decent shape but we need to refinish the interior to its former glory. The WCRA has completed many projects over the years celebrating the importance of the railways in building the province.  Many of these can seen on our website.

A Wall of Honour will be established in the car acknowledging donations over $1000.

Donors who provide us with their mailing addresses will be automatically emailed a tax receipt.
