Bitsy is a Catahoula hound who was left to die in a backyard of a home in Miami. After begging for help for several days on FB and to different rescue groups this young girl had to help this dog and took her to a sheltr. Once she posted she took the dog to a shelter is when she found out it was a high kill shelter. I was praying someone with the means, like a rescue group would step forward. None did and I had to do something. I spoke to this girl and she told me the story of what had happen to this dog. The owners left the house several months ago and she was doing her best to help the dog.

I went to the shelter and told them it was my dog. I had no other way to get the dog out because I wasn't a rescue group. That was on New Year's Eve and since then she went to the vet to get an x-ray, shots, wormed and to start her on heart gaurd. Its pretty clear she was hit alot and very scared.

On January 10t she had 9 big boys and 2 big girls. All doing fine and vet checked. I'm trying to do the best I can with this and honestly I would go without food just so she could eat. You can look into her eyes and see the kind soul she has.

The reason for me asking for donations is so she can be fixed, microchipped and just all around taken care of. I also don't want to repeat history and want help to fix the puppies, microchip and give shots so that people would be happy to take a dog that is all ready to go. I plan on checking all homes and backyards before I send these puppies out into the world.
