July 17th 2014 Eric Garner was murdered by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo, with the assistance of his fellow officers. Daniel Pantaleo is a thug with a badge, that showed no mercy as Eric Garner pleased "I can't breathe" 11 times. To add further anguish to the situation, when EMS arrived at no point did they attempt to perform CPR. When Eric Garner was murdered he just recently fathered his 5th child, Legacy Garner who was three months at the time. Born into the movement, the movement birthed by the murder of her father.
