Saturday Feb 9 on my way to work, 2 days after a personal tragedy, I stopped at the gas station by my house. It appeared 5 puppies had been dumped by the dumpster! 2 of them had already been ran over and I could not leave the other 3 behind. There are 2 boys and 1 girl. The yellow boy, Nilla, was going to be a L4R dog, but not only has he shown to develop white spots on his chest, face, and a few other places, but I had a few potential adopters down here also. I will be funding the rest of his vetting personally, so to not ask for more than necessary from the generous people that are kind enough to have helped me with these babies!

Madea and Marty I desperately need help getting fully vetted, too. The first visit for all 3 of them totals $109. The second visit for Marty and Madea I estimate will cost a total of $58 ($29/each) for second set of shots. The third visit I estimate to cost $70 ($29/each + $6.50 ea for rabies) for their 3rd shots and rabies. Additionally, Marty and Madea will need to be spayed/neutered once old enough! This will run about $150 between the 2 of them (I will get accurate and exact prices on spay and neuter Saturday and update this).. The total comes to around $400 (will update exact number) that it will cost to cover the 3's first visit and the 2's remaining vetting + spay/neuter.

I am not one to ask for things very often, but I ask you today to please consider donating to these sweet babies. My heart is much larger than my pocket book, but I could not leave them behind. If you cannot donate, please share. You never know when the right person will be reached. I appreciate all of your kindness in advance and the puppies and I truly are thankful for any help we can receive. *Please note that though I wish I was, I am not a 501c3 YET and the donations are not tax deductible. However, I am very thankful for every penny and I really wish I could offer the tax deduction!

**UPDATE 3/2/13** To date, thanks to your generosity, I have raised $236 towards the puppies vetting. I cannot thank all of you enough. I just wanted to update with where the money thus far has gone to and what is left needed to raise.
Their first visit was $109.50, because they have had URI and other issues from works, they have gotten a few different medications that were unexpected costs. Their first medicine was $7.70, albon/panacur came to $13.35, and amoxicillin pills once realized they needed a stronger medication, came to $18. If we add in the estimated cost of the visit they will have Monday, 3/4/13 for their second set of shots/bordatella, the total spent thus far comes to $188.55 (plus one visit that I have to get a copy of the receipt. This leaves approximately $47.45 towards their third set of shots. I will update on anything else as soon as I can. Thank you all so much! I truly appreciate it and so do the pups!

**UPDATE 3/20/13: Maddy, Marty, and Nilla have some exciting news! They are so excited that they are going to Maine to live a luxurious lifestyle being pampered like every dog deserves. They are expected to leave the 2nd-3rd week in April to go find their forever homes! To date, between the before mentioned visits and the visit I got the total/copy of, their vetting has cost $267.55. We have raised $256 towards their vetting, so we are $11.55 shy of being even! Maddy and Marty still need their 3rd set of shots (Nilla does, too, but in order to not ask for more, I am covering his vetting) which will include their 3rd DHLP-PV, rabies, and bordatella. This will cost approximately $71 for the both of them at $35.50 each. In addition to their third set of shots, all 3 of them will need a health certificate for their ride to Maine! I will need to double check on the price of their HC and will update with that ASAP. Unfortunately, Fundrazr doesn't allow more than one photo to be uploaded, but I have made a collage photo trying to show their vet visits and payments made on their account along with 3 recent pictures of them! Please continue to share in hopes that we can raise the last $83 + cost of HC for these sweet guys! Thank you SO much to all that have donated and shared for these sweet lives!
