Clayton is a 7 year old boy diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on November 15, 2010. He was only 4 at the time! Clayton went through hard treatments for 8 months (3 phases) and then went into maintenance! Maintenance is 3 years long. He is scheduled to complete chemotherapy in July, 2014. Clayton's family travels 1 1/2 hours one way to receive treatments. During hard treatments they traveled 2 to 5 times per week. He takes daily chemo by mouth now and receives chemo in his port 1x per month requiring 1 to 2 trips per month depending on whether he is due for a spinal tap. This doesn't include any trips due to sickness. Deductables, medications (about 6 prescriptions per month), co-pays, gas, etc. are expensive. We just are trying to raise enought money to pay for their out of pocket expenses this year. THANKS for the Support!!! Aunt Helene
