Community Advocates for Justice and Equality hasn't added a story.
Moses Harris disappeared into the icy waters of the Concord River
after being surrounded by Lowell police officers in the early morning
of December 19, 2020.
He hasn't been seen since.
The Harris-Wahpo family has been asking the police for answers,
but they are aren't getting any.
The cops had an opportunity to save Moses Harris and they
didn't. Their response was negligent. If the police had made
any genuine effort to rescue Moses, he may still be with his family
this holiday season. If the police had made any genuine effort to
rescue Moses, a family wouldn't be grieving the loss of another young
Black man taken too soon. He was only 25.
The money raised by this fundraiser will go directly to Moses'
mother to pay for his memorial service. Any remaining money will
support the Harris family through this dark time as they continue to
seek answers and justice for Moses.
