Kelsey June hasn't added a story.
Two years ago, we lost someone deeply loved - my husband, their son, their baby brother, and a cherished friend to many. He was a script writer and lover of comedy with a brilliant mind, a sharp wit, and a heart full of stories he didn’t get the chance to tell. Like so many dreamers who come to Los Angeles, he poured his soul into his craft, always holding on to the hope of “making it.” Though he never got his name on the big screen, he was every bit a part of this town’s creative fabric.
When he passed, I had him cremated. Since then, his family and I have released some of him in significant places, but I have kept what remains of him close, waiting for the right place—and the right moment—to lay him to rest. I’ve now found that place: Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.
This cemetery is more than historic—it’s a living tribute to the spirit of the entertainment industry. It’s where artists, writers, actors, and creatives are memorialized with beauty and individuality. The niche wall where his remains would be interred is even more special: it’s the backdrop of the cemetery’s beloved summer movie screenings and concerts. It’s a place filled with art, community, and remembrance—exactly the kind of space he would have wanted.
With the blessing and support of his parents and siblings, I’m moving forward in laying him to rest at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. We are all in agreement that there couldn't be a more symbolic and perfect place for Bryan to be.
But this beautiful final resting place comes with a significant cost, and I’m asking for help in making it possible.
Total Goal: $9,339.50
This amount will cover:
-
$6,050 - Niche space purchase
-
$803 - Granite inscription
-
$1,275 - Opening and closing fees
-
$11.50 - Permits and official documentation (DCA)
-
$975 - Committal service
-
$225 - Park assistance and setup for the service
These costs reflect everything needed to prepare his final resting place, hold a small service, and honor his life in a way that reflects his story and legacy.
I know many people loved and respected him—whether personally, professionally, or through the work he left behind. If you feel moved to help, any amount you can contribute will mean the world to me. And if you can’t give, please consider sharing this campaign. It all helps.
Thank you for being part of this. For helping me honor a man who was dearly loved and who mattered. For giving a storyteller a final resting place among the stars.
With love and gratitude,
Kelsey June (Bryan's Wifey)
