The Origins of Twisted Blinds.

Let me start with a huge thank you to the, Fundrazr family and the other crowdfunding communities for supporting our passion and dreams.

Twisted Blinds came into existence from a literal dream back in 1996 when I was in college. I had to journal my dreams for a creative writing class and this concept has stayed with me ever since.

I have gone through many iterations of how to take this idea from a hobby to a true business. I started with using stickers then brush painting and eventually airbrushing. As I got better at my meager art skills, those processes were still very time consuming. The reality was Twisted Blinds was a hobby and not a business.

Then one fateful YouTube video later, I ran across a process that I was able to modify. It allowed a project to go from 10, 15 ,20 days, down to an hour or less. Major break through but still some hurdles to get past. Unfortunately, my budget is very limited and this is where it gets expensive. I have a family to support, a 50+ hr a week job but this will not deterred me from getting Twisted Blinds to the next level.

With your generous help, I can finish my R&D and get the merging of image and window blind to a 100%. This is truly the most crucial phase and I am beyond excited to share the results of its inevitable success with the world.
