Phoenix is a Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd and she is on an awesome journey to becoming a top teir Fugitive Recovery working dog!
We have been training with her for some time now with a specialized trainer and she is doing great!
She's going to stay with the trainer for 5 weeks starting this Friday to get even more training (training never ends)

As you may know all of this training becomes very expensive and that's ok because once completed she will not only be able to track down Fugitives and help get them off the streets but she will also be a protective tool for the team and I.

(She will be able to assist in search and rescue operations aswell if needed)

One thing she needs is a ballistic vest to protect her vitals from being stabbed, poked or from gunshots while she's out working.

These vests can be expensive but I've narrowed it down to a vest suitable for her size, weight and the work she will be doing and it's $1300, any amount we can raise to purchase this helps out greatly and allows us to continue advancing her skills aswell. The vest is pictured in the gallery and is lightweight and comfortable to allow her full movement without any restrictions.
