On 6/7/15, Keith Davis Jr. found himself running for his life as Baltimore police chased him in a case of mistaken identity. The police unloaded 44 shots into a garage he was hiding in, hitting him 3x. He continues to be wrongfully prosecuted.

Hi! Thanks for visiting!

Please know that this fundraising campaign HAS MOVED to:

 www.fundedjustice.com/FreeKeithDavisJr

On June 7th 2015, Keith Davis Jr. was mistakenly identified by Baltimore Police as an armed robber, chased, SHOT AT OVER 40 TIMES, and eventually hit 3 times, including once in the face. After spending over 8 months in jail, he was eventually found NOT GUILTY on ALL 15 of his original charges, including NOT GUILTY of possession of a firearm.

Now, the State's Attorney's Office is falsely accusing/charging him again, this time for killing someone with a gun (the same gun that the jury found him NOT GUILTY of possessing) that the police say they found on top of a fridge...near Keith's bloody and unconscious body...after shooting him.

This spring will be the THIRD TRIAL for this same charge.

His first trial ended in a hung jury with an 11-1 jury voting NOT GUILTY.

In his second trial, he was found guilty BUT a new trial was granted on grounds that the criminal history of key witness (jailhouse informant) for SAO was not properly disclosed to defense. (http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/crime/bs-md-ci-davis-jailhouse-snitch-20171019-story.html)

Keith’s verdict was OVERTURNED and we are now scheduled to start a new trial in April 2018.

100% of the money received from this campaign will be put toward his legal fees and protect him from being railroaded by a corrupt police department and imprisoned once again for a crime he didn’t commit.

THANK YOU!!!
