Hello! My name is Mario. I’m 20 years old and the oldest in my family. We live in Latin America, in a small wooden house that, while modest and not in great condition, has been our home for years and holds so many memories for us. That’s why I recently started a YouTube channel where I share my knowledge about hurricanes, providing updates on the threats and impacts these storms can have on Latin American countries. The only way we can secure our home and business is by buying the house. The owner is willing to sell it for approximately $8,000. The house sits on a reasonably sized piece of land and is situated on a highly trafficked street, making it ideal for our small food stand business. This location has been crucial to our success, and moving away would make it nearly impossible to sustain our livelihood.
