My 20 year old son Kyle has been falsely accused and I need money for an attorney. This case has been going on for over a year and has financially drained our family & friends. I'm a single mother of three desperate to prove my sons innocents.

My name is Tiffany, I am a single mother of three. My son Kyle was wrongly accused of a crime April 2014. He was a senior in high school, thrown into jail for six weeks before I could bail him out. He lost all of his credits and didn't graduate.  My son is a young man with a bright future waiting for him to start. Since Kyle was a young boy he has always aspired to follow in his late grandfathers foot steps and be in the military. This dream is now on hold unless we can prove his innocents.

During this struggle I have learned a lot about our justice system. Did you know that approx 30% of people that are currently in jail are innocent. People who can't afford a good attorney, have no assets or collateral to be bailed out of jail, and then they use the prosecutors to scared people into taking a plea deal regardless if they are innocent or not. From day one this case hasn't been handled correctly, we have sent in evidence proving they have the wrong person but have been told its not about innocent or guilty its about if the government thinks they can get a conviction or not.

Most people don't know that Arizona has a mandatory minimum for each charge they charge you with. The problem is the jury is unaware of this also and when they convict someone they are unaware of the harsh penalties someone will face.

My son has maintained his innocents from day one and needs you to fight with us to help prove that. Thank you in advance for your support.
