I ran a ROC Regional in Vancouver, BC, Canada on April 25th. Wizkids decided to run Canadian Nationals the same day in Ottawa, killing my attendance and no local support other then 10 players. Please help me pay off the event.

Hi Heroclix Supporters,

I recently ran a ROC Regional and booked a venue with hopes of getting an attendance of 80 + people. I made plans with HCrealms in August 2014, and booked the Venue in October 2014. For 6 months I advertised and made sure everyone who played Heroclix knew there was a ROC Regional coming to the Pacific Northwest.

I chose the 25th becuase this weekend was far enough away that it would not come in conflict with my upcoming wedding, and not to interfere with another ROC Regional planned for the 2nd weekend of May.

In March, it was announced that the Canadian Nationals would be held the same weekend, in direct conflict of my event. I had planned this event months in advance so that this same situtation would not happen. I even tried to reach out through Social Media and Facebook to no response. The fact Wizkids and organizers didn't know about my event is very hard to believe, they looked at us (ClixCon) and didn't give us a second thought.

This announcement would pull players from all over the Eastern Seaboard, the mid west and some pacific northwest players. Which impacted my event with only 10 players showing and 9 paying for their tickets.

I lost a total of $2500, $1000 for the hall that would hold 200+ people. $1000 for the ROC Regional Kit and myself buying prize support from the United States players who could buy the Spiderman Teambase, Capt. America Sentinel and Trinity of Sin.

I am asking for your support to help me recover the costs I lost with this event. And if I double what I lost I will run a ROC Regional for free for everyone to attend in Vancouver, BC, Canada in the near future.
