Please Help-

This March, I have been asked once again to create an exciting week-long culinary course for the Chattanooga Christian High School Interim Program. I will be volunteering my time and expertise and know that I can make a lasting impact on nine highly motivated students.

Like last year, the week's curriculum leads up to a very special day in which the students will assist me in preparing a lunch for low-income widowed women. To put it simply, these women are a special part of the Christian community in Chattanooga, and are blessed to be looked after by the Widows Harvest Ministries, a non-profit organization led by founder Andy Mendonza. The students and I are partnering with Andy, along with CCS community service leader, Beth Dotson to create something unique, uplifting and fun.

My goal is to raise $1000. This money would help assist in the purchase of learning materials for the students, groceries and the rental equipment needed to serve the widows.

Two of my passions are cooking and donating my time to help others in need. I am giving an entire week of my time, plus countless hours of planning and preparation needed to make this event a success.

If you are interested in learning more or donating a small amount towards this special event please call me or send me an email

Thanks for your consideration.
