Richard Rotelle, Jr., a graduate of the North Penn Class of 1988, passed away suddenly in 2009. He had a passion for life, laughter, and football.  Friends and family of Richard have created a scholarship fund in his name where money raised is awarded to a graduating North Penn High School football player who must apply and interview for the scholarship.  Rich was a member of the North Penn football team from 1986 through 1988 and was a starting varsity lineman for all three years.  He had some of his most treasured memories on the football field with his coaches, teammates, and family.  He was an outstanding player who started on offense and defense and his experience gave him a foundation of team work and commitment.  This scholarship fund was founded in 2010 and has been supported by donations of family and friends, in addition to an annual poker tournament honoring Rich.  2018 will be the 9th year that scholarships will be given in his memory.  Scholarship gifts are awarded to the current scholarship recipient as well as past recipients when funds permit.  Please help us to grow this scholarship fund in Rich's name.
