As a cook, I like a recipe book that will stay open at the page I want. I've discovered that spiral bound books are not appreciated by most book distributors because they are difficult to pack and stack...and they are as expensive to produce as hardback books. However, I think a spiral binding makes a more useable cookbook so, I'm offering a Special Spiral bound 15cmx20cm (6"x8") Edition of the book which will only be available to contributors to this Fundrazr page and directly from my website.
