Hello friends! My name is Denise Nicole Silas, and I am the creative behind DYP & Flow acrylic art with style. I am excited to announce the launch of my crowdfunding campaign in support of the continued work of DYP & Flow. DYP & Flow is a fluid art form that focuses on drawing the viewer's eye with harmonious color compositions on canvas using acrylic paints.
I have been an artist partner and resident at Creative Suitland Arts Center for a year, and to celebrate DYP & Flow’s 4th year, I am hosting my first solo art exhibit on December 5th here at Creative Suitland.
Since partnering with the Creative Suitland team, I have been able to connect with creatives of like mind all over the Washington metropolitan area and offer creative services to businesses and residences within the DMV. Major opportunities continued to present themselves throughout my time here in the form of art installations at the local restaurant Bistro 64 and the Revenue Authority of Prince George's County. I am proud to have worked with the Prince George’s Arts & Humanities Council at their Art Gallery Arts’tination, National Harbor, and recently taught art to over 600 students within two Prince George’s County Public Schools during the 2022–23 school year.
We want to take our work and offerings to the next level, and your contribution would be beneficial in continuing the work we have started within the community.
