The completion of the ceiling/roofing, plus the addition of a massive, sliding metal door, are the order-of-the-day.

We are in need of $11,000 USD for this phase. Phase 3 will be followed by a final "big" phase, which fleshes out the interior, from internal walls, to flooring, to electrical, to plumbing. That will be followed by a punch-out. But nothing major can be accomplished until this Ceiling/Roofing phase is done.

Two major factors have existed since practically the beginning of this project: matriculating master-builders (meaning they complete and leave the program, forving us to seek out new ones within the client population; and Covid-inspired price-gouging. We keep pushing through, though...slow, but steady.
