I'm pretty much just painting the picture with a gathering of pictures. They say so much more than I can write, but as you see, there is extensive damage and continuing leakage here all over the place, especially upstairs.

I'll post a couple more pics below, but at this point I'm pretty much belaboring the deal. There's water damage and continual leakage everywhere. We have some funds for this, and the free expertise, labor, and tools to get it done, but we're going to need A LOT of materials to make permanent structural changes. We need to fix this problem at this specific Unit of our 12-Step Organization for good.

NOTE: As some may have noticed, with this new fundraiser, we are now running two simultaneously. One is for Casa Julia, our new rehab center dedicated to female addicts in San Vicente, Mexico. This fundraiser -- the one you see here for $2,500 -- is a 1-Phaser only, and pertains to our all-men's center in Colony 89, Ensenada. I could write several volumes on the things we accomplish without asking for outside funds. We don't campaign for these unless we absolutely have to.
