My name is Gabriela, and I’m writing to you from
Romania with a humble and heartfelt request.
My partner and I are ready to take the next big step in our lives: buying our first home together and starting a family. We’ve found a place that feels just right — a home filled with possibility, hope, and a future. But we need your help to make it happen.
In Romania, securing a mortgage comes with a big challenge:
banks usually require a substantial down payment — between 15% and
25% of the property’s value.
We still need €10,000 before we can apply for a loan. We’ve been working hard and saving diligently, but we’ve come to realize we can’t do it alone.
This home means so much more than bricks and walls. It means safety, stability, and a space to grow as a family. It’s where we dream of raising children, planting a garden, and building memories for a lifetime.
