I'm expanding my ability to bring resilience and wellness to those who want to improve their well-being, communication and decision making skills.
I have been working with people who are stressed, burnt out and drained since 1995; last year I trained in HeartMath Interventions and over the past 12 months I have been a lot more effective helping people relax and handle challenging, everyday situations. In April 2015 I will become a HeartMath Certified Trainer so I can be more effective, find out more about the course here; the training takes place out of my home town and I expect to pay upwards of $5700, including course fees, travel and lodging.
I'm asking for your help to cover the cost of training and in exchange, I offer to teach HeartMath to those who help me reach my goal.
For example, I commit to providing:
1- A 1-hour coaching session on HeartMath Interventions for contributions above $40.
2- A 6-hour workshop on Resilience Advantage for contributions above $250.
3- Resilience Advantage workshop to up to 20 people (6 hours of training) for contributions above $1000.
