Help is needed to keep the site magiciansandmagic.com functioning.
My name is Kenny Williamson, I have been creating and funding the site since 2014 and need help.
Magiciansandmagic was created as a "hub" type site for magicians and allied arts performers (ventriloquists, jugglers, etc).
It has helped magicians get hired Worldwide (Canada to Hawaii and in between). There is a magicians forum (to discuss magic), a social network (to meet others and list activities), a magicians directory, clubs available and more.
The biggest value of the site is in its marketing of performers and events.
Funds are needed to get hosting back in place and to update packages being used and to grow its functionality (there are plans afoot).
We are looking at crowdfunding as a solution to bring in funds, as this can also be the source of an opportunity.
If we can manage to keep this endeavor going through this appeal, we would like to set up the following.
The Spread the Joy campaign.
As we know the World is currently in need of an upliftment to its Joy levels.
Therefore I propose the following for a win/win outcome.
Any donation would be appreciated.
Those that contribute $150 dollars or more get to choose a charity of their choice for an uplifting magic show.
I will source a magician to go and perform for that charity.
A category will be created on the sites blog for the "Spread the Joy" campaign and we will get content and photos from that show to update this campaign category (including the person who funded it).
From a magicians point of view, we will list their website and social media links on each posting, so they get more marketed.
A Win- Win.
Imagine how Magic shows performed in cities across the World to different charities could bring Joy worldwide!
With supporters spreading the campaign we could have an impact on the Joy levels of mankind.
