"So this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is not to remain in a secluded place to get cheap advertisement, "Oh, that man is meditating." No. Go, practically work. Just like Lord Jesus Christ, he practically worked. So there is practical work. No question of going into the secluded place. We should remain in the congested city and preach this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement without being affected by this contamination of city life. That is perfection. They shall not be contaminated, touched by the contamination of the city life, but still, they will go on with Kṛṣṇa consciousness. That is perfection....

...You have got enough, sufficient means to offer Kṛṣṇa fifty-six times(meaning foodstuffs). You see? Just see the result. That is utilization. That is  karma-yoga.  One has the capacity to earn like anything and to spend for Kṛṣṇa like anything. That is  karma-yoga.

It is not inertia: "I have got... Chanting Hare Kṛṣṇa, I shall go and sit down, eat at the expense of others and chant Hare Kṛṣṇa." No. This is  karma-yoga. Prāṇair arthair dhiyā vācāḥ [SB 10.22.35].

[It is the duty of every living being to perform welfare activities for the benefit of others with his life, wealth, intelligence and words.]

You have to employ your life, your money, your words and your intelligence, all for Kṛṣṇa. That is Kṛṣṇa consciousness. If you have got enough money, spend it for Kṛṣṇa. Don't stock it. The more you spend, more you become balanceless for spending Kṛṣṇa, then more you are benefited. This is the process. That will be taught in the  karma-yoga  section.

And how one can..., unless one is spiritually advanced how he can sacrifice his hard-earned money for Kṛṣṇa? Everyone thinks, "Oh, I have earned this money working so hard. Why shall I spend it for Kṛṣṇa? Let me keep it. I shall do it for my sense gratification." This is..., this kind of advancement is no value. You see? How one has learned to sacrifice everything for Kṛṣṇa.

My name is Bhakta Alexander Oblomiy, I`m an ISKCON brahmachari, serving now in Astrakhan, Russia. I`m writing on behalf of my elder Godbrother, His Grace Varuni Priya Prabhu - travelling preacher of Krishna Consciousness from Ukraine ( a disciple of HH Bhaktivaibhava Swami).

Varuni Priya prabhu has dedicated his life to spread the message of Srila Prabhupada - the most beneficial work that can ever be done for the help of humanity. Krishna consciousness movement is the only movement on the surface of the globe that can really help the suffering humanity to get out of all miseries. Misery is caused by ignorance and the real treatment of it is to give people knowledge - Vedas, as they are, in most pure form. That vedic knowledge is contained in books of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada - founder-Acharya of international society of Krishna consciousness (worldwide known as ISKCON or Hare Krishna movement).

He is in the vanaprastha ashram (renounced order of spiritual life), travelling around the world, distributing Srila Prabhupada`s books, teaching others how to do that and inspiring devotees to do street chanting of the Holy Names - Hare Krishna mantra. He is preaching in Russia, Ukraine and India for more than 3 decades. He establishes such activities as "Sunday Warrior programs", he teaches and inspires congregational members to go out and spread this sublime message of Bhagavad - Gita as it is, thus bringing peace to the whole humanity.

At the present time he is based in Ukraine, and if we just look in the news for a little while, we'll know that situation in the country is very bad - the war is going on for many years now, the country is in a big trouble and financially it`s not in the best position at all. It's very very troublesome to raise funds there.

Still, inspite of all difficulties and troubles, Varuni Priya prabhu, together with his companion, Lakshman Hanuman prabhu, are travelling in their car from one city to another, faithfully executing their duties in the service of Lord Chaytanya. They have their Ciat Ibiza 2006 year of manufacture, which is very old and is gradually breaking apart.

On behalf of these devotees I wish to very humbly, paying obeisances at you feet, dear reader, ask you for some help and donation. They need to repair, fix the car to continue their preaching successfully. In fact, we want to get a Toyota Hiace to expand the preaching work successfully. If Varuni Priya prabhu would get requiered money to get some minivan, he wants to fill it with devotees, who will travel with him and spread Krishna`s message everywhere with multiple strength. So much more books can be distributed and many more people benefited!

That is, of course, our dream, and that would be really great, but at least the old red car requiers fixing as soon as possible. 🙏
