My name is Ray Martín. I’m not a large organization; I am a kitchen owner driven by a commitment to keep my neighbors nourished. We are building a solar-powered community kitchen—our "life raft" during the turbulent times of the oil blockade. With solar panels, rechargeable batteries, and e-bikes, we can circumvent the gas shortage entirely. We will collect food from local farms using bicycles, cook with the power of the sun, and serve hot meals to those in dire need.
