A HUGE and heartfelt thank you for your contributions but we need more help to get Ryan to his Olympic goals. Ryan has many rigorous competitions upcoming and, at 68 kg, he is competing above his weight in the 70 kg category. With so many golds already under his belt, he really does prove that what matters most is the size of your heart.

THANK YOU for your support so far... read below for more about this incredible young man and why we were moved to help support him.
Ryan Dahcha is a 17-year-old Palestinian-Canadian student and wrestler from Mississauga, Ontario, working toward becoming a Canadian Olympian and World Champion. Ryan is a prominent figure in wrestling, including as a 4x Canadian National Champion, a 2024 Pan-American Silver medalist, a proud member of the Canadian World Team, and a 3x OFSAA champion at the provincial level.
A significant part of Ryan's motivation comes from a deep desire to honourably represent Palestinian strength and resilience on Canadian national and global platforms. He serves as a powerful role model to Canadian youth from all paths, and we want to rally in support of his inspiring yet costly pursuits.
Ryan is recognized by Wrestling Canada Lutte, consistently performing at the highest levels, securing 1st place in Men U23 65kg at the 2025 Canadian U23 Championships, 2nd place in U20 FS 65kg at the 2025 Canadian U20 Team Trials, and 1st place in Male Final 65kg at the 2025 Ontario Canada Summer Games Trial.
Ryan starts Ivey School of Business at Western University in September of 2025. More than ever, Ryan needs help securing resources for elite coaching, specialized training camps, essential equipment, and travel to national and international competitions.

Ryan's record is extensively documented by the United World Wrestling (UWW), FloWrestling, and Trackwrestling, showcasing numerous wins across various championships, and he was selected by Team Canada to wrestle on the global stage, including at the 2024 U17 Pan-American Championships and U17 World Championships.
Ryan embodies the unwavering strength of Palestinian youth displaced from their homeland, and also proudly represents Canada's cultural mosaic, working hard to bring home medals in Canada's name.

Your meaningful contribution can help him achieve his Olympic and World Championship dreams. With so much loss in our world today, sometimes, what we need is a hero...
