In 1993 Taylor Wells, 18 years old and still in high school, drove some guys to a house to get marijuana. While he waited in the car, someone was killed. Taylor was convicted of 1st degree Felony Murder for his part in the crime and sentenced to life in prison. He had no prior criminal record. He has had no disciplinary problems during his more than 25 years in prison.

Please help Taylor in his plight for justice. After 25 years the Federal Courts have finally agreed to review his case. Up until now Taylor has been filing his own motions and appeals. Review in the Federal Courts requires the skills of an experienced federal attorney.

Tim Bower Rodriguez, is an experienced, aggressive federal attorney who will be leading Taylor's case through the Federal Courts. Mr. Rodriguez is confident that the appeal will be granted.

The federal appeal and hearing on Taylor's 2254 petition is like a new trial. Taylor has a unique opportunity that few ever have. This is his last and only chance for such.

The Federal Courts alone have the authority to release Taylor. Please help make it happen with your contribution. Please donate. Our current goal is $10,000.

You can contact Taylor via email at using his id #969249. Or you can write to him at: Taylor Wells #969249
