Dear friends and supporters, My cyberstalker and serial defamer Oliver Kamm of the London Times newspaper has now been sued for libel and harassment. Thank you to everyone who has helped me get this far. It is very satisfying to be able to land a legal blow at a very arrogant individual who clearly thought he was above the law and could stalk, attack and defame his victims at will. Kamm scoffed repeatedly at my 'imaginary lawyers'- now he knows they are not imaginary. His own lawyers have acknowledged the writ and have responded by requesting documents referred to in it- even those for which a link was provided! The strategy seems to be to drag this out in order to try and run me out of funds. I still owe almost £3,000 to my lawyers for work already done in relation to the writ and so all donations are greatly appreciated. If we can get to the High court, the case will be won-I am very confident of that; getting there though requires a big step up in my fundraising campaign- and because Kamm has friends in high places we can't really rely on much mainstream media coverage in the UK. One of the ways I plan to increase publicity is to tour round the UK in 2018 spreading awareness not just of my case, but of other cases of stalking and harassment. I will be trying to arrange public meetings and interviews wherever I can.
