Good Morning Port Moody. I feel grateful for all the people I have had the privilege to meet, all the heartfelt conversations about this Land, change, and hope for a better future for all of our relations. I feel honoured to have heard all your stories. I didnt lose, I won! There are so many projects that I want to participate in and offer our community so please do not be disappointed and in fact, lets stay connected! I raise my hands to each candidate who chose this path and to Amy Anne Lubik and Steve Milani for your passion and commitment to the healthy growth of our city! Congratulations! I also raise my hands to my husband Hiro Kanagawa , my mom Barbara Karamzyn, Tracy Green, Beverly Bouma, Kathryn Campbell and Nishka Valdez Pogroszewski and to Charlene Aleck, your love and encouragement gave me the strength to walk down this foreign path! It’s true that we are all born with our own unique gift and that gift is how we participate in our shared and sacred responsibility to care for these Lands Waters and the future of all of our relations.
