The inspiring founder of Dynamic Public Library, Mr. Bhesraj Neupane, needs our help. Bhesraj has been using a power wheelchair for years, allowing him to get around independently despite his spinal cord injury. But a few months ago, a key part of Bhesraj’s power wheelchair broke, making it dangerous to use.

Bhesraj has tried to get it fixed locally and even sought assistance from the National Innovation Center in Kathmandu, but no one has been able to fix his wheelchair. He has relied on a push wheelchair to get around ever since, but this negatively affects his ability to move independently and adds additional responsibilities to his wife who is also taking care of their young son at home.

Bhesraj also needs to travel for work and for various speaking and training engagements, so being able to get around independently is important for him as well as the communities and organizations he serves.

The goal of this fundraising campaign is to purchase a new power wheelchair for Bhesraj so that he can move around freely again. Based on his physical condition, Bhesraj needs an Ostrich Mobility Tetra EXi power wheelchair, but the nearest place that this model is sold is in India, so shipping costs and insurance are involved as well.

We need to raise $3,500 in order to make this happen— can you help us get there? Anything you can contribute will help Bhesraj become independent again. And please know that 100% of your contribution will go directly towards getting Bhesraj the power wheelchair that he very much needs.
