Hola mi nombre es César , soy de México y dedico mi vida a las artes circenses hace al rededor de 15 años impartiendo talleres de circo social, haciendo espectáculos y dando clases a las personas que van iniciando en este camino tan bello.
Hace poco tiempo, después de unas molestias físicas y de ir al médico, descubrí que tengo una cardiopatía congénita llamada comunicación interauricular (CIA). Esto, básicamente es un agujero que se encuentra entre las dos aurículas haciendo que mi sangre limpia y sucia se mezcle, lo que me provoca síntomas como fatiga súbita, mareos y palpitaciones.
Para solucionar esto necesito de un procedimiento llamado cateterismo cardiaco, con el que por medio de un cateter a travez de una vena, llegando a mi corazon, introduzcan un dispositivo llamado Amplatzer, sellando este agujero. Esta es la manera menos invasiva y mas segura de solucionar mi problema. El costo de este procedimiento es muy elevado ya que solo el precio del dispositivo es de 6000 dolares, además de los gastos médicos que necesito. De no arreglar este problema pronto mi corazón puede sufrir daños e incluso puede comenzar a afectar a otros órganos como los pulmones, reducir mi expectativa y calidad de vida.

Hi, my name is César, I'm from Mexico and I have been a circus artist for about 15 years. I do social circus, I do performances and I teach circus arts to all of those who want to star in this beautiful path.
Not long ago, after some physical discomfort I went to the doctor and I discover that I have a congenital heart disease called Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), this means, basically, that I have a small hole in my heart, in the wall (septum) that divides the upper chambers (atria) causing that the clean blood and the dirty blood get mixed, which causes me some symptoms like sudden fatigue, dizziness and palpitations.
To fix it I need a procedure called cardiac catheterization. The doctors will insert a catheter through my vein to reach the heart and they will insert a device called an Amplatzer, sealing this hole; this is the less invasive and safest way to fix this situation. The cost of the procedure is very high, just the device costs 6000 dollars, plus the medical expenses that Ineed to pay for the procedure to be done. If it is not fixed soon, my heart could suffer damage and may even begin to affect other organs such as the lungs, reducing my life expectancy and quality.
