Before ALS, Tracy created fun feasts for friends and family each week to come together and enjoy each others company and of course great food. Our daughter, Rachel Boettcher of Lifesketch Photography, has created an online cookbook filled with some of Tracy's favorite recipes, beautiful photographs and quick cooking tips so you too can enjoy this tradition of great food and gathering friends. For a donation of $20 or more we will email you Tracy Boettcher's Wed. Night Feasts Online Cookbook as a thank you. We hope it brings you the joy and happiness our weekly feasts did to us. We'd love to hear from you! Tell us your favorite recipe and how much fun your gatherings are!
