I have been invited to join a group of Paramedics' to teach life saving First Aid to school children in some of the poorest parts of India.

Our plan is to arrive in Delhi on the 29th September and go straight to Jamshedpur. This has some of the most deprived areas and is where we want to start our project.

We will teach schools basic first aid and life saving skills to both the teachers and children that they can then pass on to the community.

We want to stop people being affected by preventable injuries and illnesses and allow children to focus on their education.

The more money we raise, the more schools we can visit and the greater the difference we can make.

I really believe in this project, as so many causes you cant see exactly the help and change your money is providing. That is exactly what we will bring to you with updates on how the project is going and loads of news when we are out there.

We are holding several fundraising events over the coming year including golf events, bake offs, curry nights and loads more. This crowdfunder is just the start!

So please donate whatever you can, so that we can get to as many teachers and schools and really make a difference!
