I have been working on fresh air breathing techniques with one family member, it's now my company. This is based around the correct philosophy that oxidative stress and free radical damage are the key markers of disease and ageing. This is because high oxidative stress is your body oxygen being low and therefore being breathless over time causes free radical damage, this state accelerates ageing and disease and the possibility of mortality. The easiest way to cure this is with consistent oxygen intake and improved breathing to therefore stay healthy.
For this my breathing technique is simple, you go outside into the fresh air you stand on the spot and place your hands or hand lightly the best place on your sternum or lower sternum. You do sets of inhaling and exhaling deeply for short periods of time. I found the best short period of time is a minute on a minute off and on purpose get as much clean oxygen into your body as you can and exhale carbon dioxide in the same manner. Basically I call this working it in this is when you believe the air flow is getting to your cells to detox them. The cells of course is where all disease lives.
I believe 6 to 8 short sets 2 different times daily is so beneficial to your ageing mentally and physically that it should be an act consistently performed over the duration of a long life. But feel free to adjust your own set time frames and strength of intake for the result of stronger breathing.
Obviously the key is to never be outright hyperventilating so take your time and the best results come away from all technology. But remember the objective here is to add longevity to your life through all the disease stages. But I have no evidence that it cures anything but shall be used mainly in prevention. But you should always be exercising and then training your lactic acid system to reduce and improve body pain which therefore ages you. And I think this technique is as close as it get's without expending alot of energy and movement. So preferably used alongside a good gym routine.
So have fun trying my special breathing technique that I guarantee is so valuable and right that this fundrazr will be open endlessly. I think I'am the positioned early pioneer of this type of treatment for this philosophy but this will keep you so youthful indefinitely.

10 steps technique
The other fresh air technique described here is for users who have a problem with chest touching, so really it is for female users. You again go outside in the fresh air and find a clear space. You take 10 steps forward and then 10 steps back to the starting spot. While doing these 10 steps forward and then 10 steps back. You focus on inhaling and exhaling deeply getting all the clean oxygen into your cells. You then should do this exercise for 5-10 minutes daily. And then focus on working the oxygen to deep down into your respiratory system.
Technology detox
The techniques are a natural oxygen machine without the expense to be hygienic. It uses no technology for the users health benefit I call it mother natures defibrillator. You are contributing for my innovative philosophy that has been researched by myself over the course of my lifetime. Free radical damage is the key to ageing and all forms of mortality! Please use my breathing techniques, you don't have to contribute but use it legally sensibly for your personal use and not for financial profit. Please do contribute if they make a difference to your health. I have then added a second image that highlights the point I'am indefinitely helping with also. Free radical damage and oxidative stress age you mainly from all the methods in the image especially ionizing and non-ionizing radiation from technology. Use the techniques away from technology as best you can and switch it off more. This will allow you to breathe better for your health day to day anyway and lower any problems with this treatment.
